What is the best detox drink for upper stomach discomfort and gastric issues? - #55876

I face upper stomach discomfort in morning due to gastric issues bcoz of it face irritation the whole day in upper stomach. Please help me some drink or any kind of detox which will cool my stomach. It will be very helpful if recommend some water for whole day whichI can take on daily basis.

Your symptoms suggest a combination of acidity, trapped gas, and Pitta aggravation affecting the upper stomach region. In Ayurveda, when digestion becomes irregular, excess heat and gas can create morning discomfort, heaviness, irritation, bloating, and uneasiness throughout the day. A gentle cooling and digestive-supportive routine may help naturally: Daily Ayurvedic Detox Water Boil the following in 1 litre water for 5–7 minutes: • ½ tsp coriander seeds • ½ tsp fennel seeds • 2–3 fresh mint leaves • Small piece of licorice (mulethi) if suitable Store in a flask and sip lukewarm through the day. This helps calm acidity, soothe the stomach, and reduce gas naturally. Morning Drink On empty stomach: • Drink warm water with a few soaked raisins or • Thin fresh coconut water (not very cold) in the morning if acidity and heat are more. Helpful Ayurvedic Medicines • Avipattikar Churna – supports acidity, burning sensation, and gastric irritation. • Jeerakadyarishta – may help digestion, bloating, and upper abdominal discomfort. • Kamdudha Ras – traditionally used for excess stomach heat and acidity Diet & lifestyle tips: • Avoid long gaps between meals. • Reduce tea, coffee, fried food, spicy food, bakery items, and late-night eating. • Eat freshly cooked light meals and chew food slowly. • Avoid lying down immediately after meals. • Stress and irregular sleep can worsen gastric irritation, so proper rest is important. With regular digestion correction and cooling support, the stomach irritation usually improves gradually and naturally.
