namaskar. i am aalap from germany and had antibiotics(mirtazipin) 1 tab daily for 3 days and now suffering from loosemotions since 1 month. my stool reports are negative for any infection or bacteria. plz suggest me ayurvedic medicines which i can order and also home remedy, diet and what not to eat. i feel tired, and have some times stomach pain. thankyou.

Mustarishta improves digestion (Agni), relieves bloating and stomach pain, and absorbs excess moisture from the colon. •​Dosage: Mix 15–20 ml (about 3–4 teaspoons) with an equal quantity of lukewarm water. Take it twice a day, immediately after your main meals. ••​Sankha Vati or Bilvadi Vati (Optional, for pain) •​What it does: If the stomach pain or cramping persists, Sankha Vati or Bilvadi Vati helps relieve abdominal spasms and balances gastric secretions. •​Dosage: 1 tablet twice a day after meals. ​2. Highly Effective Home Remedies ​The Golden Remedy: Takra (Spiced Buttermilk) ​In Ayurveda, Takra is considered nectar for chronic loose motions and Grahani. It is entirely different from regular yogurt or milk, which you must avoid. ••​How to make it: Take 2 tablespoons of fresh, organic curd (plain yogurt) and whisk it with 1 cup of water. Churn it well and skim off any foam or fat that rises to the top. ​The Additions: Add a pinch of roasted Cumin powder (Jeera), a pinch of Dry Ginger powder (Sunthi), and a tiny pinch of Rock salt (Saindhava Namak). •​How to take: Sip this slowly during or right after your lunch. Do not take it at night. It reintroduces healthy gut flora and naturally binds the stool. •​Pomegranate Peel & Seed Decoction ​Pomegranate (Dadima) is naturally astringent and works wonders for a weak bowel. •​Eat fresh pomegranate seeds if available. ​Alternatively, boil a piece of clean, dry pomegranate peel in water to make a mild tea, and sip it throughout the day. ​3. Dietary Guidelines (Ahara) ​Because your digestive fire is extremely weak, we need to give your gut minimal work to do while maximizing nutrient absorption to fight the fatigue. •​What to Eat (Pathya) •​Manda / Peya (Rice Gruel): Cook white basmati rice with excess water (1 part rice to 6 or 8 parts water) until it is completely soft and soupy. Drink the warm liquid with a pinch of rock salt and roasted cumin. •​Moong Dal Khichdi: A very soft, watery porridge made of old white rice and split yellow moong dal, seasoned only with a little ghee, cumin, and a pinch of turmeric. •​Boiled / Steamed Apple: Peeling an apple, boiling it until soft, and mashing it with a pinch of cinnamon helps form the stool due to its natural pectin content. •​What Strictestly to Avoid (Apathya) •​Raw Foods & Salads: Cold, raw vegetables are incredibly heavy to digest and will aggravate the irritation in your colon. Eat only well-cooked, warm meals. •​Fresh Milk and Heavy Dairy: While Takra (buttermilk) is highly recommended, raw milk, cheese, paneer, and cream will worsen loose motions. •​Gluten & Heavy Grains: Avoid wheat (roti, bread, pasta) for a few days. Stick strictly to rice and moong dal. •​Spicy, Oily, and Processed Foods: Avoid any hot chilies, garlic, excess oil, or packaged foods. •​Caffeine & Carbonated Drinks: Coffee and carbonated beverages stimulate bowel movements; avoid them entirely until you are fully recovered.

Mirtazapine is an antidepressant, not an antibiotic. After medicines, prolonged loose stools can occur due to gut flora imbalance and weak digestion. Takd Kutajghan Vati 2 tablets twice daily after food with warm water for 7–10 days. Bilwadi Churna 1/2 teaspoon twice daily with buttermilk after meals. Takra (thin buttermilk) Add roasted jeera powder + small pinch saindhava lavanam. Take afternoon daily. If weakness and tiredness are more: Dadimashtaka Churna 1/2 teaspoon twice daily after food. Diet: Rice gruel, moong dal, pomegranate, banana, boiled apple, curd rice. Warm water only. Small frequent meals. Avoid Milk, cheese, fried food, spicy food, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, bakery items, excess fruits, salads.
