Chest में जकड़न + पेट फूलना अक्सर अग्निमांद्य (slow digestion), गैस और कफ-वात बढ़ने से होता है। सुबह ऐसा भोजन लें जो हल्का, गर्म और आसानी से पचने वाला हो। –अगर आपको गैस, पेट फूलना, छाती में भारीपन रहता है तो सुबह दही-चूड़ा रोज़ नहीं लेना चाहिए। दही ठंडी और कफ बढ़ाने वाली होती है, इससे कई लोगों में गैस और जकड़न बढ़ती है। खासकर रात का दही या फ्रिज का दही बिल्कुल नहीं। -अगर खाना ही हो तो: ताज़ा दही थोड़ा भुना जीरा + काला नमक मिलाकर बहुत कम मात्रा में —सुबह क्या खाएं? ये चीज़ें ज्यादा लाभ करेंगी: गर्म पानी में थोड़ा अजवाइन/जीरा उबालकर मूंग दाल की हल्की खिचड़ी दलिया पोहा हल्का बनाकर सौंफ-अजवाइन वाला पतला उपमा पपीता भीगा हुआ किशमिश + 1–2 बादाम —क्या न खाएं? दही चना, राजमा ज्यादा तेल-मसाला ठंडा पानी बिस्किट, नमकीन ज्यादा चाय खाली पेट फ्रूट + दूध साथ में -----गैस कम करने के आसान उपाय खाने के बाद 1/2 चम्मच अजवाइन + काला नमक दिन में 2 बार गुनगुना पानी खाना धीरे-धीरे चबाकर खाएं रात का खाना हल्का रखें —rx 1) Tab. Hingwashtak Churna — 1/2 चम्मच, पहले निवाले में घी के साथ, दिन में 2 बार 2) Avipattikar Churna — 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने पानी से सुबह खाली पेट — जीरा + अजवाइन उबला पानी

Kya Dahi Chura Kha Sakte Hain? ••​Nahi, abhi bilkul nahi. Jab tak aapko chest me jakran aur gas ki samasya hai, tab tak dahi-chura ka sevan subah ke samay bilkul band kar dein. Iske do bade karan hain: ••​Dahi (Curd): Dahi swabhav se Abhishyandi (channels ko block karne wali) aur Kaphakar hoti hai. Subah ka samay waise hi Kapha ka hota hai, aise me dahi khane se chest ki jakran aur badhegi. Saath hi, dahi pachan me bhaari (Guru) hoti hai, jisse pet aur phulega. ••​Chura (Poha): Dry ya thanda poha Vata dosha ko badhata hai, jisse gas ki samasya aur gahri ho sakti hai. ••​Subah Me Kya Khana Chahie? (Best Ayurvedic Breakfast) ​Aapko subah aisa aahar lena chahie jo Ushna (warm), Laghu (light to digest), aur ••Deepan-Pachan (agni ko badhane wala) ho. Aap ye vikalp chun sakte hain: ••​Garam Aur Patla Poha (with spices): Agar aapko chura khana hi hai, toh use dahi ke saath nahi, balki gas par acche se paka kar Garam Poha banayein. Usme thoda sa ghee, jeera, haldi, rai, aur adrak (ginger) zaroor dalein. ••​Moong Dal Ki Khichdi ya Daliya: Yeh sabse uttam hai. Yeh pachan me bohot halki hoti hai aur pet ko shant rakhti hai. ••​Garam Oats ya Suji ka Upma: Isme bhi adrak aur jeere ka chauka (tadka) lagayein. ​Gas Aur Jakran Ko Jad Se Khatam Karne Ke Niyam ••​Agar aap chahte hain ki gas bilkul na bane, toh subah ke aahar ke saath in niyamo ka palan karein: ••​Ushnodaka (Garam Paani): Subah uthte hi sabse pehle 1-2 gilaas gunguna ya garam paani piyein. Dinbhar bhi thanda paani peene se bachein, hamesha gunguna paani hi piyein. Yeh chest ki jakran ko pighlayega aur mal ko saaf karega. ••​Adrak-Ajwain Ka Paani: Subah khali pet 1 cup paani me thoda sa adrak aur aadha chammach ajwain ubaal lein. Jab paani aadha reh jaye, toh ise gunguna karke piyein. Yeh gas ke liye amrit saman hai. ••​Khaane Ka Tarika: Hamesha garam aur taza (fresh) khana hi khayein. Chaba-chaba kar khayein aur khane ke turant baad baithne ya letne ki jagah 100 kadam (Shatapadi) zaroor chalein
