Dry roasted black urad with jaggery can increase heaviness and gas due to guru and vatakara nature. Take Hingvastak Churna ½ tsp with warm water after food twice daily for 2 days. Jeera + Ajwain + Saunf water Boil 1 tsp each in 2 glasses water, reduce to 1 glass. Sip warm. If chest heaviness and bloating more: Take 1 tablet of Arogyavardhini Vati after lunch with warm water for 1–2 days only. Diet Take light food like rice gruel, moong dal soup Avoid curd, black gram, tea, fried foods today Walk slowly for 10–15 minutes after meals
Black urad dal is heavy to digest and can increase gas, bloating and acidity, especially if taken in larger quantity or at night.
