After morning bowel movement feeling of not completed and burning sensation for a while then gas and acidity occurs and tendency of doing again but not easily done

This may be due to Apana Vata imbalance with mild grahani and acidity. Take Avipattikar Churna 3 grams with warm water at night after food. Hingvashtak Churna 1 gram with first morsel of lunch and dinner. Takra (thin buttermilk) with roasted jeera and pinch of saindhava salt after lunch daily. If burning and incomplete evacuation are more: Triphala Churna 3 grams with warm water at bedtime for 5–7 days. Diet Avoid spicy, fried, black gram, tea excess, sour curd, late-night food. Take warm water frequently. Eat soft, easily digestible food.

Managing the Burning Sensation (Pitta Pacification) ​Since there is a burning sensation after defecation, we must soothe the mucosal lining without dampening the digestive fire. ••​Avipattikar Churna: 3–5 grams with lukewarm water or a little bit of mishri before sleeping. It is excellent for clearing the aggravated Pitta that causes acidity and burning, while mildly aiding morning evacuation. ••​Sukumara Eranda Taila / Castor Oil with Milk: If the stool is hard or excessively sticky, 5–10 ml of Sukumara Eranda Taila or mild Eranda Taila with a cup of warm milk at bedtime can ensure a smooth, complete clearance the next morning, eliminating the urge to go repeatedly. ​3. Symptomatic Relief for Gas & Incomplete Urge ••​Hingwashtak Churna: Taking 1–2 grams of Hingwashtak Churna with the first morsel of food mixed with a little Ghee works wonders for the lower abdominal gas and flatulence. ••​Takra Sevana (Medicated Buttermilk): Freshly prepared buttermilk churned with a pinch of roasted cumin (Jeera) powder, black salt (Saindhava Lavana), and a touch of ginger is considered the best medicine (Amrita) for malfunctions of the colon. It is Grahi (improves stool consistency) yet easy to digest. ​Lifestyle & Dietary Modifications (Vihar & Aahar) •​Ushnodaka (Lukewarm Water): Sip lukewarm water throughout the day. Avoid cold or refrigerated water entirely, as it further suppresses the Agni. ••​Avoid Vega-Dharana: Never suppress the natural urge to defecate, but at the same time, avoid straining (Pravahana) excessively on the toilet when the bowel isn’t clearing easily. •​Dietary Adjustments: Lean toward light, easily digestible, and warm foods like Khichdi or Yusha (lentil soups) for a few days. Strictly avoid heavy, deep-fried foods, maida, and fermented items (like idli/dosa) which increase Ama and gas.
