आपके लक्षण — बार-बार acidity बनना, खट्टा पानी/खाना ऊपर आना, पेट भारी रहना, कब्ज और “नाभि ऊपर चढ़ी” जैसा महसूस होना — आयुर्वेद अनुसार मुख्यतः अग्निमांद्य (कमज़ोर पाचन अग्नि), बढ़ा हुआ पित्त और वात दोष की ओर संकेत करते हैं। कब्ज रहने से गैस ऊपर चढ़ती है जिससे acidity और heaviness बढ़ जाती है। आयुर्वेदिक उपाय 1. सुबह खाली पेट 1 गिलास गुनगुना पानी पिएं। उसमें 5–7 बूंद नींबू + थोड़ा सा सौंफ पानी उबालकर ले सकती हैं। 2. खाने के बाद 1 चम्मच सौंफ + मिश्री चबाएं। इससे acidity, जलन और heaviness कम होती है। 3. कब्ज के लिए रात को सोने से पहले 1 चम्मच त्रिफला चूर्ण गुनगुने पानी से लें। पेट साफ रहेगा तो acidity भी धीरे-धीरे कम होगी। 4. भोजन नियम हल्का, ताजा और गर्म भोजन लें। मूंग दाल, दलिया, खिचड़ी, लौकी, तोरी जैसी चीजें लें। चाय, ज्यादा मिर्च-मसाला, खट्टा, मैदा, तला-भुना, देर रात खाना बंद करें। खाना खाने के तुरंत बाद लेटना नहीं है। 5. दिनचर्या सुबह 20–30 मिनट टहलना बहुत लाभकारी रहेगा। भोजन समय पर करें और लंबे समय तक खाली पेट न रहें। रात का खाना सोने से 2–3 घंटे पहले लें। घरेलू आयुर्वेदिक सहायता जीरा + धनिया + सौंफ बराबर मात्रा में उबालकर पानी पिएं। यह पाचन सुधारता है, गैस और acidity कम करता है।

Naabhi ko Apne Sthaan Par Lana (Nabhi Parikshan & Alignment) ​Jab tak naabhi sahi jagah nahi aayegi, acid aur pet ka bharipan poori tarah theek nahi hoga. •​Deepak Chikitsa: Kisi yogya Ayurvedacharya ya nabhivid (expert) se naabhi par kaansya (bronze) ka diya rakhkar ya vacuum se naabhi ko center mein laane ka upchar karwayen. •​Asana: Subah khali pet Pawanmuktasana, Naukasana, aur Uttanpadasana ka dheere-dheere abhyas karein. Yeh naabhi ko align karne aur constipation door karne mein madad karte hain. Dhyan rahe, jhatke se koi aasan na karein. ​2. Aushadhi Chikitsa (Herbal Remedies) ​Aapki agni ko mandta se bachane aur vayu ki gati ko neeche (Anuloman) karne ke liye yeh aushadhiyan behad labhdayak hain: •​Sootsekhar Ras (Plain): 1-1 goli subah-shaam khana khane se 15-20 minute pehle thode se paani ya shahad ke sath lein. Yeh acid ko upar chadhne se rokta hai aur jalan shant karta hai. •​Avipattikar Churna: 3 se 5 gram churna raat ko sote samay gungune paani ke sath lein. Yeh constipation ko saaf karega aur pet ke pitta (acid) ko neeche ke raste se nikalega. •​Kumaryasava: 3 chammach (15ml) dava mein 3 chammach gunguna paani milakar din mein do baar, khana khane ke 10 minute baad lein. Yeh liver aur aanto (intestines) ki movement ko sahi karta hai. ​3. Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle Rules) ​Mridu Virechan (Milaap): Constipation ko bilkul na rehne dein, kyunki kabz ki vajah se gas upar chadhti hai. Raat ko regular gunguna paani peeyein. ••​Bhojan ka Niyam: Khana hamesha chaba-chaba kar khayein. Khane ke turant baad pani na peeyein (kam se kam 45 minute baad peeyein). ••​Vajrasana: Khana khane ke turant baad 5-10 minute Vajrasana mein baithein. Yeh digestive tract ko seedha rakhta hai aur reflux ko kam karta hai. ​Khatte aur Tikhe se Parhez: Halanki aap bahar ka nahi khati hain, fir bhi ghar mein bhi jyada tamatar, dahi, nimbu, aur tez mirch-masale ka sevan kuch dino ke liye band kar dein.
