I'm diagonised for H pylori was treated with antibiotics course but still I have acidity problem. Burning in throat and chest

Even after antibiotics, gastric lining irritation can continue for some time. ----rx 1) Avipattikar Churna 1 tsp with lukewarm water at bedtime 2) Kamdudha Ras (Moti Yukta) 1 tab twice daily after food 3) Yashtimadhu Churna ½ tsp with honey or ghee twice daily 4) Sutshekhar Ras 1 tab twice daily after meals for burning & reflux ----Diet & Lifestyle -Avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, sour food, fried items, pickles, vinegar, bakery items -Take soft, cooling diet: rice, moong khichdi, coconut water, saunf water -Do not keep stomach empty for long -Eat early dinner and avoid lying down immediately after meals -Reduce stress, sleep on time ----Helpful Remedies Cold milk with small amount of ghee can help burning Chew saunf after meals
