Please can suggest me some drink to take early morning when I getup asI face upper stomach discomfort (slight burning sensation)due to gastric issues and because of summer heat I face . As I m taking medicines past 4-5 years for the same have cured 70-80%.It will very helpful if suggest some natural drink.

Fresh Aloe Vera Juice with Yashtimadhu (Licorice) ​If you feel a raw, scraping, or empty-stomach burning sensation, your gastric mucosa needs a protective, healing layer. •​Ingredients: 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of freshly extracted Aloe Vera gel (from the inner leaf, ensuring the yellow latex is completely washed away) or organic, pulp-free juice, 1/2 teaspoon of Licorice root powder (Yashtimadhu), and 1/2 cup of room-temperature water. •Clinical Tips for Summer Morning Routine: •​Avoid Hot Water: While warm water is generally recommended in Ayurveda morning routines (Ushapan), during peak summer and active Amlapitta, switch to room-temperature water or water stored in an earthen clay pot (Matka). •​The Golden Gap: Do not take your tea or breakfast for at least 45 minutes to an hour after these drinks to allow the herbs to coat and soothe the gastric mucosa. •​No Leftovers: Always prepare these drinks fresh. Leaving infusions or juices out for too long can lead to fermentation, which will aggravate acidity. •​Method: Blend the fresh aloe vera gel with water and stir in the Yashtimadhu powder. Drink it fresh right after waking up.
