50 वर्ष की महिला में लंबे समय से गठिया, मंदाग्नि, भोजन के बाद जल्दी मल त्याग, कमजोरी और थकान दिख रही है। केवल Agnitundi Vati अकेले लेना हर बार उचित नहीं होता, क्योंकि यह तीक्ष्ण और उष्ण होती है। यदि शरीर में कमजोरी, पित्त या आंतों की संवेदनशीलता अधिक हो तो जलन या ढीलापन बढ़ सकता है। संक्षिप्त आयुर्वेदिक उपचार: Agnitundi Vati 1 गोली भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार, केवल 7–10 दिन तक Kutajghan Vati 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद Mahayograj Guggulu 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार गुनगुने पानी से सुबह खाली पेट अदरक + थोड़ा सैंधव नमक दही, ठंडा पानी, राजमा, बेसन, मैदा, ज्यादा तेल बंद करें मूंग दाल, पुराना चावल, जीरा-अजवाइन युक्त हल्का भोजन दें यदि वजन कम हो रहा हो, खून की कमी, शुगर, B12 या थायरॉइड की समस्या हो तो जांच भी कराएं।

Agni Tundi Vati self-medication ke liye recommend nahi hoti, especially 50-year age + long-standing arthritis + weakness + frequent loose stools jaise symptoms me. Aapke case me pehle digestion + strength improve karna zaroori hai, kyunki body already weak lag rahi hai. Simple safe approach: Hingvastak churna – ½ tsp khane ke baad (gas/digestion ke liye) Triphala churna – 1 tsp raat ko (bowel regulation ke liye) Ashwagandha churna – 1 tsp doodh ke saath raat ko (weakness/joint support) Dashmool kwath – 15 ml din me 2 baar Heavy, spicy, fried food avoid karein.
