–Premature greying is due to Pitta imbalance and weak Rakta dhatu (blood tissue). Once hair turns white, it usually cannot become permanently black again naturally. Ayurveda focuses on: Slowing further greying Nourishing hair roots (Keshya care) Reducing stress (Manas balance) —Rx- 1) Narsimha rasayan ghritm 1 tsf with milk after meal twice a day 2)gandha tailam 2-3 drops nasya in morning 3)kesini oil for hairs thrice a week 1 hour before hair wash —Aahar (Diet) Daily: Amla (fresh/juice/powder) Black sesame seeds (1 tsp morning) Curry leaves (5–7 leaves empty stomach) —Avoid: Excess spicy, oily, junk food Tea/coffee excess — Vihar (Lifestyle) Sleep: Before 11 PM Pranayama: 10–15 min daily (Anulom Vilom) Meditation for stress control

1.Narasimha rasayanam ghritam 1 tsp with warm milk empty stomach in the morning 2.Bhringrajsava 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals 3.Saptamrita lauh 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 4.Neelibhringadi keram - massage on scalp twice weekly a night before hairwash Natural Ayurvedic Approaches— 1. Diet & Nutrition - Amla (Indian Gooseberry): Eat fresh amla or drink amla juice daily for antioxidants and Vitamin C. - Sesame seeds (Til): Black sesame seeds are traditionally used to support natural pigmentation. - Copper-rich foods: Almonds, leafy greens, and sunflower seeds help melanin synthesis. - Avoid triggers: Excess salt, fried foods, and processed sugar worsen greying. 2. Stress Management - Yoga & Pranayama: Daily practice of Anulom-Vilom and Bhramari reduces stress impact on hair. - Meditation: 15 minutes daily helps balance cortisol levels. 3. Scalp & Hair Care Routine - Oil massage: Weekly massage with coconut oil infused with curry leaves or amla strengthens roots. - Gentle cleansing: Use mild herbal shampoos; avoid harsh chemicals and heat styling. - Sun protection: Cover hair when exposed to strong sunlight to prevent oxidative damage. 4. Lifestyle Adjustments - Regular sleep: 7–8 hours of restful sleep supports hormonal balance. - Hydration: Drink 2–3 liters of water daily to flush toxins. - Avoid smoking/alcohol: Both accelerate oxidative stress and greying.

Yes , Treatment of your problem can be divided into two levels stress as well as nutrition 1. As you mentioned you have some stress level issue which can lead to 2 thing 1. Disturb sleep 2.low appetite or disturb food timings Both these reasons increase the level of vata and pitta dosh according to ayurveda which causes greying of hairs Do,s &don’t 1. Do pranayam specifically anuloma vilom and bhramari + sheetali 2. Add vit c food like amla, orange like fruits 3. Avoid fast food plus curd as they are hot in potency which leads to Grey hair 4.Try to sleep before 11pm in night 5. Massage your head with bhringraj oil twice in a weak & shampoo with ph balance cleanser Rx 1. Avipitkar choorna 3gm Mix all these three take before meal twice a day 2. Bhringraj oil for local application ( gently massage your scalp ) 3.Bhringraj asav 15ml with equal water after food twice a day 4.Narsingh rasayan ghrit at night 1 tea spoon 5. Anu tailam pratimarsh nasya ( take two drop of it into your hand dip your fingertip and apply it into your two nostrils after bath

Grey or white hair turning completely black again without any medicine is not usually possible because once the pigment cells in the hair root reduce or stop working the hair loses its natural color But you can slow down further greying improve hair quality and sometimes mild darkening can be seen with consistent care Do regular oil massage using Neelabringadi tailam on scalp three to four times a week Apply hair packs like amla bhringraj and hibiscus paste once or twice weekly Include foods rich in iron calcium protein and vitamins like green leafy vegetables curry leaves black sesame seeds almonds dates and amla Daily intake of fresh amla or amla juice Take Narasimha rasayana half teaspoon daily Bhringaraja asava fifteen ml with equal water twice daily Reduce stress and maintain good sleep because stress plays a major role in early greying Avoid chemical shampoos hair colors and excessive heat styling as they damage hair roots and accelerate greying With consistent care you can slow down new grey hair improve thickness shine and overall hair health

Hair that are white cannot be reversed, but with ayurvedic treatment the process of greying will slow down, Include fresh green vegetables semi cooked or sauted in your diet daily. Include seasonal fruits and seasonal vegetables in your diet.

Namaste, Grey hair is usually related to genetics, aging, stress, and nutritional factors. Once a hair has turned white, it is generally difficult to turn it permanently black naturally. However, Ayurveda focuses on slowing further greying and improving hair health. Simple measures that may help: Manage stress, as it plays a major role in early greying. Maintain proper sleep and routine. Include nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Avoid excess spicy, junk, and processed foods. Do regular oil massage (head massage) with cooling oils. Avoid excessive chemical-based hair products. Natural care can help in preventing or slowing further greying, but reversing already grey hair completely is not always possible. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support hair health include: Amla – traditionally used to support hair pigmentation and cooling. Bhringraj – sometimes used to support hair nourishment and reduce premature greying. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

Hello, Ayurveda can help slow down greying and improve hair quality, but reversing fully white/grey hair back to permanent black naturally is rare and not guaranteed. Early greying (like yours 1-3 years + stress ) has better chances of partial reversal if managed properly Premature greying= pitta + vata imbalance Main causes in your case -stress-> increased vata -irregular routine-> weak rasa and rakta dhatu -heat In body-> increases pitta -> destroys hair pigment (melanin) Diet most important - 50% result -amla fresh/juice/powder -black sesame seeds 1 tsp morning -curry leaves chew or in food -cow ghee 1-2 tsp/day -green vegetables, dates, soaked almonds Avoid -excess tea, coffee -spicy, fried, junk food -late night eating External care Oil = 3-4 times /week -Neelibringadi taila -apply at night->. wash in morning Hair pack 1-2 times/week -amla + brahmi + bringaraj powder + curd Washing -mild herbal shampoo or shikakai -avoid chemical products Stress management ( critical in your case) -daily 15-20 min -pranayam (Anulom Vilom, bhramari) -meditation -proper sleep before 11 pm Internal medication Even without medication , Ayurevda still uses natural rejuvenators -Amla= 1 tsp powder with warm water in morning= best Time line and expectations -1-2 months= hairfall control, better texture -3-6 months= greying may slow -some recent grey hair may turn darker -Old white hair-> usually won’t turn fully black Complete reversing all white hair permanently without any internal support is unlikely Goal should be -stop further greying -improve thickness and shine -darken early greys partially Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
