I have urine burning as per doctor it is chronic prostatitis I had TURP in 2020 and it was ok afterwards I had uti many times I also tested for positive e coli and took ceftom gor 5 days as prescription from doctor I am also taking homeopathy for burning now I have started gokshuradi guglu as prescribed by kerala bams doctor will I be cured of urine burning by Ayurveda thanks

–Diagnosis: Mutrakrichra / Prostatitis (urinary burning)
—Rx
1)Gokshuradi Guggulu
2 tablets twice daily after food with lukewarm water.
2)Chandraprabha Vati
2 tablets twice daily after food.
3)Varunadi Kashayam
15 ml + 45 ml warm water twice daily before food.
4)Chandanasava
15 ml + equal water twice daily after food.
----Diet & Advice
Drink 2–3 liters water daily
Avoid spicy, fried food, alcohol, excess tea/coffee
Coconut water / barley water helpful
Do not hold urine
—Follow-up: 2–3 weeks
