If someone is not sexually active, then true premature ejaculation cannot really be diagnosed, because premature ejaculation is defined as ejaculation occurring too quickly during sexual intercourse. If there is no intercourse, then it is usually judged based on very quick ejaculation during masturbation or a feeling of lack of control over ejaculation. In many unmarried men around your age, once-a-week nightfall (nocturnal emission) is generally considered a normal physiological process, especially when a person is sexually inactive. It is the body’s natural way of releasing accumulated semen and usually does not indicate a disease unless it becomes very frequent or is associated with weakness, anxiety, or other symptoms. Since your energy levels are moderate and nightfall happens about once a week, it is often more related to lifestyle, mental stress, excessive sexual thoughts, late-night screen exposure, or irregular sleep rather than a serious disorder. From an Ayurvedic perspective, mild Shukra-kshaya tendency or mental over-stimulation can contribute to such symptoms. A simple and commonly used remedy is Jaiphal (nutmeg). Suggestion: Take ¼ teaspoon of Jaiphal Churna with warm milk at night before sleep. This helps in calming the mind, improving sleep quality, and supporting control over involuntary emissions. Additional lifestyle tips: Maintain a regular sleep schedule and avoid late nights. Reduce excessive sexual content or stimulating media before bed. Practice light exercise or yoga daily to balance hormones and stress. Avoid very spicy, oily, and heavy food at night. If symptoms become very frequent (2–3 times per week), accompanied by fatigue, burning, or anxiety, then a detailed consultation and assessment of diet, sleep, and mental stress would be helpful to address the root cause properly.
