–A chest X-ray where one side (right lung) looks “white/foggy” while the other side is clear usually means something is filling or blocking the lung space. It is not something that can be treated safely without knowing the exact cause, especially since your symptoms have lasted more than 6 months. So plz consult offline for proper evaluation

HELLO, If an x-ray shows white fog in one lung, in Ayurveda it is usually correlated with conditions like kapha accumulation in lungs, shwasa roga, kasa, or chronic kapha-avarana in pranavaha srotas. The goal. is to reduce kapha, clear lung channels, improve digestion, and strengthen respiratory tissues PREFER -warm water -light, warm food -soups and herbal teas AVOID CAUSES -cold foods and drinks -curd, cheese, panner -ice cream -fried and oily foods -banana at night -excess sweets -dust, smoke, pollution -daytime sleeping INTERNAL MEDICATIONS 1) SITOPALADI CHURNA= 1/2 tsp with honey twice daily after meals =helps reduce lung mucus and improves breathing 2) TALISADI CHURNA= 1/2 tsp with honey twice daily after meals =clears kapha and supports lungs 3) VASAVALEHA= 1 tsp twice daily after meals =excellent for lung congestion and chronic cough 4) LAKSHMI VILAS RAS= 1 tab twice daily with honey after meals =helps chronic respiratory conditions 5) AGASTYA HARITAKI AVALEHA= 1 tsp at night with warm water =good for long standing lung disorders SIMPLE HOME REMEDY -Tulsi + ginger + black pepper decoction -take twice daily NASYA- instill 2 drops of Anu taila in each nostril daily morning PRANAYAM -Anulom vilom= 10 min -Kapalbhati= 5 min -Bhramari= 5 min YOGA -Bhujangasana -Matyasana -Dhanurasana These improve lung expansion and oxygenation DIET -warm vegetable soups -garlic -ginger -turmeric milk -black pepper -old rice green gram Drink warn water throughout the day TIME FOR IMPROVEMENT If the fog is due to kapha congestion or chronic inflammation, improvement may take –4-8 weeks with medicines -2-3 months for chronic condition A white patch on sun X- ray can also occur in condition like -pneumonia -tuberculosis -pulmonary fibrosis -pleural effusion So the patient should consult a physician and confirm diagnosis before starting treatment DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
