Syrup for Liver detox start with Heposem syrup 10 ml. Twice after food with 20ml. Water. For hyperpigmentation You can take Mahamanjistadi kadha 15 ml twice daily after food with water will help as a blood purifier. Apply nalpamaradi oil and kumkumadi oil on alternate night Morning use Sunscreen SPF 50+ during the day Include fresh green vegetables in your diet semi cooked or sauted. There is no such syr which will detox ur liver but we have some other very good medicine which will improve your liver function and detox it and also u r having periods issue so start with Hingutriguna tailam warm oil 10 ml in the morning empty stomach followed by a glass of warm water Punarnava Mandoora tab 1-0-1 after food Liv 52 tab 1-0-1 after food Kumaryasavam 5 ml with 10 ml of warm water twice a day after food

—Since you have had melasma and low blood circulation during periods for more than 6 months, improving liver health, diet, and circulation may help.
