I am really confused about how to take triphala tablet. I heard a lot about it from my friend who swears by its benefits for digestion and detox. Last month, I started feeling super bloated, and my stomach has been feeling off-ever since. I went to the doc, and they gave me some meds, but honestly, I wanna try something more natural, you know? Anyway, I ordered triphala tablets online based on what my friend said. The first time I took it, I just swallowed a tablet with water, thinking that’s how it's done.
