My baby is 6 months old and it’s showing the symptoms of cough and little sneezing. I believe it could be because i gave banana once. Does giving sutkara works? Can I give Kasturi tablet

1. medicines yes give kastruri 1 tab mixed with normal salin water
give suvraprashan for 2 drop daily mornig empty stomch its best for immunity and brain devlopment
2. Nasal care
UseShadbindu Taila Nasya 1 drops in each nostril once daily in the morning to help clear the sinuses and reduce allergy symptoms.
3. Steam inhalation
Take steam inhalation with eucalyptus or ajwain once daily to relieve sinus congestion.
4. Diet and lifestyle
Avoid cold foods, curd at night, refrigerated items, and excessive dust exposure. Prefer warm food, herbal teas, turmeric milk, and light digestible meals.

swarnaprashan 2 drops empty stomach daily in morning
balprash 1/2 tsp  in whole day  once a day daily with milk or honey
eucalyptus oil on coller or cloth of baby during sleep
