16 महीने के बच्चे में लंबे समय से कब्ज होना आयुर्वेद में अग्नि कमजोरी + सूखापन (वात बढ़ना) का संकेत माना जाता है। केवल फल देने से हमेशा आराम नहीं मिलता, क्योंकि शरीर को अंदर से स्निग्धता और पाचन सुधार भी चाहिए।
आप यह उपाय करें:
सुबह गुनगुना पानी थोड़ा-थोड़ा दें
रात को 1–2 भीगे हुए किशमिश मसलकर दें
भोजन में थोड़ा देसी घी मिलाएँ
मूंग दाल खिचड़ी, दाल का पानी, पका केला, चीकू लाभदायक हैं
ज्यादा बिस्किट, मैदा, पैकेट स्नैक्स और ठंडी चीजें कम करें
पेट पर हल्के गुनगुने तिल तेल से clockwise मालिश करें
