2 महीने के बच्चे में कब्ज और पॉटी करते समय रोना अक्सर पाचन कमजोरी, formula milk intolerance या गैस/colic की वजह से हो सकता है। Ayurveda अनुसार यह Vata imbalance का संकेत माना जाता है।
आप ये सरल उपाय करें:
• बच्चे को हर feed के बाद 10–15 मिनट डकार जरूर दिलाएं।
• पेट पर हल्के गुनगुने तिल तेल या hing mixed oil से clockwise massage करें।
• पैरों को cycle movement करवाएं, इससे गैस और कब्ज में राहत मिलती है।
• Formula (Lactogen) सही मात्रा में बनाएं, ज्यादा गाढ़ा न रखें।
• यदि संभव हो तो breastfeed थोड़ा बढ़ाने की कोशिश करें, इससे digestion बेहतर रहता है।

2 month baby mein formula milk se constipation ho sakta hai.
Lactogen sahi quantity mein banayein, thick na karein.
Baby ke pet par halka massage karein.
Legs cycling gently karein.
Feed ke baad burp karayein.
Hing
Hing pani mein mila kar navel ke around bahar se lagayein.
Agar vomiting, fever, pet tight, ya stool na aaye to pediatrician ko dikhayein.

External Ayurvedic Remedies
These are often the safest first steps for a 2-month-old:
-Hing (Asafoetida) Paste: Mix a small pinch of Hing with a few drops of warm water or ghee. Apply it around the navel (not inside it) in a clockwise motion. This helps release trapped gas and eases bowel movements.
-Oil Massage: Gently massage the baby’s tummy with warm Sesame oil or Lala’s Baby Massage Oil in clockwise circles. This stimulates the intestines.
-Leg Cycling: Gently move the baby’s legs in a “bicycle” motion. This physical movement is very effective for pushing waste through the system.

For 2 months old baby just simply massage the tummy in ani clockwise direction.
Bonison drops
4-5 drops thrice a day is enogh.
Use formula prescribed by pediatrician.
