A 4-year-old child with speech delay, slow learning, reduced physical activity, and developmental differences from other children should be evaluated by a pediatrician, developmental pediatrician, and hearing specialist as soon as possible. Early intervention and speech therapy are very important. Take Brahmi Ghrita ¼–½ teaspoon with warm milk once daily in the morning. Saraswatarishta 2.5 ml with equal water twice daily after food. Gentle daily Abhyanga (body massage) with Bala Ashwagandhadi Taila before bath. Supportive care: Start speech therapy and occupational therapy if advised. Encourage talking, singing, storytelling, and interactive play daily. Limit screen time.
