Brahmi may help support medhya (cognitive function), attention, speech, and calmness, but the dose in many proprietary tablets is often quite small. A tablet containing only 13 mg Brahmi is generally considered a very low amount for a 22 kg child, especially if there has been no noticeable improvement after 3+ months. —Rx: 1) Brahmi Ghrita – ¼ tsp BD with warm milk after food 2) Saraswatarishta – 5 ml + equal water BD after food 3) Medhya Vati – ½ tab BD after food 4) Kalyanak Ghrita – ¼ tsp HS with warm milk 5) Bala Ashwagandha Taila – gentle abhyanga daily —Pathya: Warm fresh homemade food Regular sleep routine Cow ghee in diet Avoid packaged foods, excess sugar, cold food, excess screen exposure —Follow-up after 4 weeks under pediatric Ayurvedic supervision.
