Aapki beti ke liye kuch asardal aur surakshit Ayurvedic upay aur parhez niche diye gaye hain: 1. Ayurvedic Aushadhi (Medicinal Remedies) •Churna Upchar: Ashwagandha churna aur Kala Til (Black Sesame Seeds) ko barabar matra mein mila lein. Is mishran ka adha chammach (half teaspoon) roz raat ko sone se pehle gungune doodh ya pani ke sath dein. Yeh bladder ki muscles ko majboot karta hai. •Krimi Upchar (De-worming): Kai baar pet mein keede hone se bhi raat ko urine par control nahi rehta. Iske liye aap Vidangarishta (ek Ayurvedic liquid) 5-5 ml barabar matra mein pani mila kar din mein do baar khane ke baad dein. (Ise 1-2 hafte tak diya ja sakta hai). •Chandraprabha Vati: Agar samasya zyada hai, toh 1-1 goli Chandraprabha Vati ko pees kar shehad (honey) ke sath subah-shaam dena faydemand hota hai. 2. Gharelu Upay (Home Remedies) •Jayfal (Nutmeg): Ek chutki Jayfal powder ko thode se gungune doodh mein mila kar raat ko sone se pehle dein. •Kishmish aur Akhrot: Roz subah bache ko 2 akhrot (walnuts) aur 4-5 kishmish khane ko dein. Yeh urinary system ko takat deta hai. •Shehad (Honey): Raat ko sone se thik pehle 1 chammach shahad chatayein. Shahad shareer mein moisture ko hold karne mein madad karta hai. 3.Lifestyle Tips •Liquid Intake kam karein: Shaam ko 6 ya 7 baje ke baad bache ko zyada pani, doodh ya juice na dein. Jo bhi liquid dena hai, vo din ke samay dein. •Double Voiding Rule: Sone se theek 1 ghante pehle toilet karwayein, aur fir bilkul bistar par jaane se pehle ek baar aur toilet lekar jayein. •Diet par dhyan dein: Raat ke khane mein dahi, chawal, cold drinks, chocolate ya zyada meethi cheezein na dein, kyunki yeh shareer mein Kapha aur Krimi ko badhati hain, jisse urine zyada banta hai. •Bache ko dantein nahi: Yeh ek natural process hai jahan bache ka dimag aur bladder ka connection abhi matchor ho raha hai. Bache ko dantne ya sharminda karne ke bajay uska hausla badhayein. ••Aap in upayo ko 3 se 4 hafte lagatar karke dekhein, isse dheere-dheere raat ko urine karne ki frequency kam hone lagegi.
