What to do for my 4-year-old son with speech delay and hyperactivity while on Saraswatarishta and Shankpushpi? - #53931

Hi, My son is 4 and half years old and has speech delay!! He is into speech theraphy and he is taking Saraswatarishta5ml twice daily,shankpushpi 5 ml daily twice for hyper activity ,we can see difference in him but he is still active and lagging in playing with his peers and couldn’t sit in a place , eye contact is there but not all the time ? What can be done I’m very much worried , he was good until 6 months all of a sudden changes in him and yet to speek in a flow, he can communicate his need and can talk in simple sentence yet not like a 4 year old!! I’m really worried about him and howling should I continue this medication, it’s been a month now!!
