बच्चे के लक्षणों से लगता है कि केवल बोलने में देरी ही नहीं, बल्कि सीखने-समझने और याद रखने की क्षमता भी प्रभावित हो रही है। आयुर्वेद में इसे वात दोष असंतुलन, मस्तिष्क व धातु पोषण की कमी तथा मन-बुद्धि विकास में मंदता से जोड़ा जाता है।
क्योंकि बच्चा 8 वर्ष का है और अभी भी बहुत कम बोलता है, इसलिए केवल घरेलू उपाय पर निर्भर न रहें — एक बार Developmental Pediatrician / Speech Therapist से मूल्यांकन अवश्य कराएँ ताकि सही कारण पता चल सके।
आयुर्वेदिक देखभाल में ये बातें लाभकारी रहती हैं:
रोज सुबह हल्का घी और बादाम का सेवन दें (यदि पाचन ठीक हो)।
बच्चे को मोबाइल/टीवी कम दिखाएँ, रोज उससे धीरे-धीरे बातें करें और शब्द दोहराने को प्रेरित करें।
ब्राह्मी, शंखपुष्पी, स्वर्णप्राशन जैसी औषधियाँ स्मरण शक्ति व एकाग्रता में सहायक हो सकती है
सिर व पैरों में रात को हल्का तिल तेल/घी से मालिश करें, इससे वात शांत होता है और नींद व मानसिक शांति बेहतर होती है।
भोजन में पौष्टिक चीजें जैसे मूंग दाल, घी, दूध, खिचड़ी, फल शामिल करें और भूखा न रहने दें।
बच्चे को डाँटने या तुलना करने से बचें, सकारात्मक वातावरण रखें।

Aapko sbse pehle pediatrician se usko consult karvana chahaye. Agar koi developmental lag ho raha hai toh aapko pediatrician properly guide kar sakege. Aapko speech therapist ke bhi madat lene hoge.
DO:
Healthy ghar ka khana hi dene. Biscuits, chips aur maide se bane cheejo ko tale.
Need ke time fix rakhe
Screen time limit kare. Sone se pehle 2 ghante mobile na use kare.
Pranayam mein Bhramari, Ujjayi ka practise kare daily.
Medication:
Vacha churna
1 tsp mixed in honey. Give the mixture in 3 equal doses.
Brahmi Pearls.
1 tsp in 1 cup milk thrice a day.
