Just give warm water with 1 spoon of ghee or butter on empty stomach immediately after getting up. Ask him to drink and sit in malasana (toilet pose) for 5-10 min. Practicing this daily will help him relieve constipation. Along with that add fibre rich foods( raddish, beetroot, green leafy vegetables, guava etc) banana all this helps, drinking 2-3 litres of water if good
