3 साल 3 महीने के बच्चे में 1–3 महीने से खाने की कमी और वजन कम होना चिंता का विषय है। पहले junk/snacks कम करें और 3 main meals + 2 healthy snacks का fixed routine रखें। force feeding न करें। घी, दूध, दाल, खिचड़ी, केला जैसे high-calorie foods दें। बीच-बीच में बार-बार दूध/बिस्किट न दें। Hb, iron , cbc test करवाएं —Rx: 1) Amlycure D.S. Syrup – 5 ml BD after food 2) Liv.52 DS Syrup – 5 ml BD after food —Advice: Fixed 3 meals + 2 snacks No junk/biscuits/juices No force feeding, no TV during meals Warm home-cooked food with ghee ----Follow up: 1 week with reports

●A little grated ginger • A few drops of lemon • A pinch of rock saltEat a little of this 10-15 minutes before eating.In Ayurveda, ginger is considered to increase agni (fire). Combined with lemon and rock salt, it can help increase both taste and appetite. ●Ingredients and Quantities For approximately 500 grams of mixture: • Ragi flour - 150 grams • Roasted mung beans - 100 grams • Almonds - 20 pieces (30 grams) • Cashews - 10 pieces (25 grams) • White sesame seeds - 25 grams • Date powder - 120 grams • Cardamom - 5 grams (5-6 pieces) Dry ginger - 3 grams Natural cocoa powder (optional) - 20 grams No refined sugar No artificial flavors ●How to make it Lightly roast the ragi and moong dal over low heat. Lightly roast the almonds, cashews, and sesame seeds. Dry the dates thoroughly and grind them into a fine powder. Once all the ingredients have cooled, add the cardamom, dry ginger, and cocoa. Mix everything together and grind them into a fine powder. Store in an airtight glass jar. ●How to consume • 1 glass of lukewarm milk • 1 teaspoon (about 5 grams) of nutritional powder Once a day is sufficient. ●Chavanprash- 1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day after meals. ●Balakalpam syrup- 1 teaspoon 3 times a day after meals.
