Seeking Non-Surgical Treatment Options for Hernia - #51672

Good evening doctors, I got hernia in my tests. It's now 17 years, I never get any treatment because I fear surgery. Is there any another medication which can help me to overcome in this situation without surgery?

Only supportive cares are useful in this condition
Avoid strainful work like heavy weight lifting, coughing, constipation , pressuring while urination and defecation
Avoid heavy meal at night
Don’t sleep in irregular poses
If you have cough and constipation then correct it fastly with medications
If you feel more pain then go to the surgeon without any fear, this situation normal now a days
Don’t worry you will be fine
