Namaste, Arjuna is a well-known Ayurvedic herb traditionally used to support heart strength and cardiovascular function. Sunflower lecithin is commonly used as a nutritional supplement that may support fat metabolism and cholesterol balance. In many cases, they can be taken together, but it is important to consider your existing heart condition and any medicines you may already be taking, as interactions or dosage adjustments may be needed. Simple measures that may help support heart health: Follow a heart-friendly diet with more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats. Reduce fried foods, excess salt, processed foods, and refined sugar. Maintain regular physical activity such as walking, yoga, or light exercise if your doctor permits. Manage stress and ensure proper sleep, as long-term stress can affect heart health. Since you already have a diagnosed cardiovascular condition, it is important to discuss any supplements with your doctor before starting them. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support heart health include: Arjuna – traditionally used to support heart muscle strength and cardiovascular balance. Sarpagandha – sometimes used to support blood pressure balance. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.
