I am a heart patient. Three stents have been implanted. Can i take Bonartho SDH Capsules for treating sewere pain in legs especially during sleep.

As you are a heart patient with 3 stents, please take Bonartho SDH Capsules only after consulting your cardiologist, because it contains Guggulu and Lasun (garlic) which may interact with blood thinners like Aspirin / Clopidogrel / Ecosprin and can increase bleeding risk. It is mainly for joint/bone pain, not for circulation-related leg pain. For severe leg pain during sleep, first check if it is due to poor blood circulation, nerve pain, or muscle cramps. Mahayograj Guggulu 1 tab twice daily after food (only if doctor allows) Dashmool Kwath 15 ml with equal warm water twice daily after food Mahanarayan oil gentle massage on legs before sleep Drink warm water and keep legs slightly elevated.
