1.Prabhakar vati 1 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Gokshuradi guggulu 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 3.Punarnavadi kwath 15 ml with 15 ml water twice daily after meals 4.Arjunarishta 15 ml with 15 ml water twice daily after meals Kuch Zaroori Baatein: Allopathic Medicine: Apne blood thinners ko kabhi bhi doctor ki bina salaah ke band na karein. Ayurveda ko hamesha “Supportive Treatment” ki tarah hi lein. Creatinine Monitoring: Kyunki aapka creatinine level fluctuate (1.3 se 1.5) ho raha hai, isliye namak (salt) aur protein ka sevan matra mein hi karein. Chest Pain: Agar aapko chest pain badhta hai, toh turant emergency medical help lein.

Hello, Ayurveda traditionally uses “Kashayams” (liquid decoctions) to manage these conditions as they are often easier on the kidneys than heavy metal-based preparations. 1. Abhayarishtam Purpose: To improve digestion and reduce the load on the heart by ensuring smooth bowel movements and detoxification. Dose: 15–20 ml with an equal amount of lukewarm water, twice daily after food. 2. Arjunarishtam Purpose: The primary heart tonic. It strengthens the cardiac muscles (Hridaya) and improves circulation in the LAD and RCA areas. Dose: 15–20 ml with an equal amount of lukewarm water, twice daily after food. 3. Punarnavadi Kashayam Purpose: Specifically for the kidneys. It acts as a natural diuretic to manage creatinine levels and reduce any swelling or fluid retention that strains the heart. Dose: 15 ml diluted with 45 ml of boiled and cooled water, taken on an empty stomach (30–60 minutes before breakfast and dinner). The Creatinine Shift: Your drop from 2.3 to 1.3/1.5 is a very positive sign. To keep it there, avoid excess salt and high-protein diets (like heavy red meat or supplements) which strain the kidneys. The “Arjuna” Factor: You can also supplement with Arjuna Ksheerapaka (Arjuna bark boiled in milk and water). It is the most celebrated Ayurvedic herb for clearing “Srotas” (channels/arteries). Avoid “Atyashana”: This means overeating. Small, light meals are essential so the diaphragm doesn’t press against the heart.
