How to lower down my bad cholestrol nd triglycerides...my bad cholestrol is high... Good cholestrol is low and triglycerides is too high... So please suggest me any juices or medicines to improve the conditions

High LDL cholesterol and triglycerides require diet, exercise, and evaluation for diabetes, thyroid disease, and cardiovascular risk. Do not stop any prescribed cholesterol medicines without consulting your doctor. Take Triphala Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food with warm water. Arjunarishta 20 ml + equal water twice daily after food. Lashun (garlic) 1–2 cloves daily after meals if tolerated. Diet: Avoid sugar, sweets, bakery items, fried foods, and alcohol. Increase vegetables, whole grains, and daily walking for 45 minutes.

•In Ayurveda, high cholesterol and high triglycerides are understood as an imbalance of Medo Dhatu (fat tissue) and the accumulation of Ama (toxic metabolic byproducts) caused by a weakened Agni (metabolic fire). When your Agni is sluggish, it cannot process fats efficiently, leading to the accumulation of Abaddha Meda (circulating bad fats) that clog the body’s channels (Srotas). ••Classical Ayurvedic Formulations (Medicines) These are highly effective, classical herbo-mineral and herb-based preparations aimed specifically at managing lipid disorders (Meda Roga): ••Shuddha Guggulu or Medohara Guggulu: Guggulu (Commiphora mukul) is renowned in Ayurvedic pharmacology for its potent Lekhana (scraping) action. It actively penetrates deep tissues to scrape away accumulated cholesterol and excess triglycerides from the blood vessels. ••Standard Clinical Dose: 1 to 2 tablets (typically 250mg–500mg) twice a day, taken after meals with lukewarm water. ••Arjuna Churna / Arjuna Ksheera Paka: The bark of the Arjuna tree (Terminalia arjuna) acts as a powerful Hridaya (cardioprotective) tonic. It strengthens the heart muscles, helps maintain endothelial integrity, and regulates lipid metabolism. ••Standard Clinical Dose: 3g of Arjuna bark powder boiled with equal parts water and milk (Ksheera Paka), taken once or twice daily on an empty stomach. ••Arogyavardhini Vati: Because the liver (Yakrit) is the primary site of fat metabolism, this formulation is crucial. It stimulates bile secretion and optimizes liver function, ensuring that lipids are properly processed rather than stored as serum triglycerides. ••Standard Clinical Dose: 1 tablet (250mg) twice daily after meals, usually co-prescribed with a liver-protective vehicle like warm water. 2. Therapeutic Juices & Home Infusions Fresh herbal extracts (Swarasa) and daily infusions provide a highly bioavailable way to cleanse the vascular channels: ••Lauki Swarasa (Bottle Gourd Juice): Fresh, raw bottle gourd juice is highly alkaline and rich in soluble fiber. It acts as a natural cleanser for the circulatory system, drastically helping to reduce both LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. ••Preparation: Extract 100–150 ml of fresh juice from a sweet, fresh Lauki. Crucial Safety Note: Always taste a tiny piece of the raw gourd first. If it tastes bitter, discard it immediately, as bitter bottle gourd contains highly toxic cucurbitacins. ••Usage: Consume fresh in the morning on an empty stomach, spiked with a pinch of black pepper and mint leaves. ••Amla-Ginger Juice: Amla (Emblica officinalis) is packed with Vitamin C and potent antioxidants that prevent the oxidation of LDL cholesterol (which is the actual cause of plaque buildup). Ginger (Arudraka) acts as a powerful Deepana-Pachana herb, directly firing up your liver enzymes to burn off floating triglycerides. ••Preparation: Mix 20 ml of fresh Amla juice with 5 ml of fresh ginger juice in a glass of lukewarm water. Take this first thing in the morning. 3. Dietary & Lifestyle Modification (Ahara & Vihara) Medicines will only work effectively if you stop creating fresh Ama through your diet. ••The Power of Garlic (Lashuna): Consume 1 to 2 cloves of raw garlic every single morning on an empty stomach. You can crush them slightly and swallow them with warm water. Garlic contains allicin, a compound extensively proven to inhibit cholesterol synthesis in the liver. ••Switch to Lekhana Grains: Completely avoid heavy, damp, refined grains. Replace white rice and refined flour with Barley (Yava) and Oats. Barley has a specific Ruksha (dry) and Lekhana (scraping) property that dries up excess moisture and fat in the body. ••Spices for Fat Metabolism: Cook your food with generous amounts of cumin, coriander, fennel, turmeric, and dry ginger powder. ••These spices serve as metabolic catalysts. ••Avoid “Abhishyandi” Foods: Strictly eliminate curd (yogurt), heavy cheeses, cold foods, processed sugars, deep-fried items, and red meat, as these instantly clog the Srotas (micro-channels).
