–Your heart rate was very low — in the 30s — which can be serious, especially since you’ve had dizziness. It’s good that it has improved into the 50s, but this still needs proper medical evaluation. We should check your heart rhythm and some blood tests to find the cause and make sure it’s safe. If you feel faint, have chest pain, or your pulse drops very low again, seek urgent care. — go for these tests -ECG TSH Electrolytes Renal function tests Blood glucose Echocardiogram —Diagnosis: Hridya Manda Gati (Vata-pradhana) —Rx: 1)Arjuna Ksheerapaka – 10 ml twice daily after food 2)Brihat Vata Chintamani Rasa – 1 tab twice daily with honey 3)Dashmoolarishta – 15 ml + equal water twice daily after meals ----Advice: Regular mild brisk walking (20–30 min daily) Avoid fasting, excess caffeine Adequate sleep Monitor pulse weekly ----If dizziness is significant or pulse < 40 bpm → refer for cardiac evaluation.

Namaste, It is good that your pulse has improved from the 30s to the 50s with regular brisk walking. That shows some recovery. However, a heart rate in the 30s is quite low, especially if you were mostly sedentary. Since you also had dizziness or lightheadedness, it is important not to ignore it. A resting pulse in the 50s can be acceptable in some people if there are no symptoms. But proper checking is still necessary. You should get basic tests like ECG and a heart rhythm check if not already done. Thyroid levels should also be checked. Continue moderate walking daily, but do not overexert yourself. If you notice dizziness again, fainting, extreme weakness or chest discomfort, consult a doctor immediately. For safety, it is best to have a cardiologist evaluate you once properly. After that, you can continue your routine with more confidence.
