Good morning your condition of bradycardia can be due to various reason like cardiac problem , thyroid issue , low blood sugar , digestive issues etc To rule out I m suggesting following test 1.CBC , ECG , 2D echo , USG , KFT , thyroid profile serum electrolyte Do these test and reconsult in the meanwhile start ashwagandha rist 2 spoon two times before food with Luke warm water

–Your heart rate was very low — in the 30s — which can be serious, especially since you’ve had dizziness. It’s good that it has improved into the 50s, but this still needs proper medical evaluation. We should check your heart rhythm and some blood tests to find the cause and make sure it’s safe. If you feel faint, have chest pain, or your pulse drops very low again, seek urgent care. — go for these tests -ECG TSH Electrolytes Renal function tests Blood glucose Echocardiogram —Diagnosis: Hridya Manda Gati (Vata-pradhana) —Rx: 1)Arjuna Ksheerapaka – 10 ml twice daily after food 2)Brihat Vata Chintamani Rasa – 1 tab twice daily with honey 3)Dashmoolarishta – 15 ml + equal water twice daily after meals ----Advice: Regular mild brisk walking (20–30 min daily) Avoid fasting, excess caffeine Adequate sleep Monitor pulse weekly ----If dizziness is significant or pulse < 40 bpm → refer for cardiac evaluation.

HELLO, Bradycardia (low heart rate<60bpm) with pulse in 30s previously + dizziness is clinically significant. Since this has persisted > 6 months, Ayurvedic management should be supportive- but I must strongly advise cardiology evaluation to rule out -sinus node dysfunction -heart block -thyroid imbalance -electrolyte disturbance -medication effect A pulse in 30s is not considered milk AYURVEDIC VIEW, This condition correlated mainly with -Vata aggravation especially vyana and prana vata imbalance -weak metabolic fire -possible kapha obstruction in hridaya srotas Low pulse + dizziness + sedentary lifestyle suggests -poor circulation rasa/rakta dhatu kshaya or stagnation -vata dominance with depleted vitality -possible Ojas reduction Your improvement with brisk walking confirms circulatory stimulation benefits you- good sign AYURVEDIC MANAGEMENT DIET GOAL = warm, nourishing, circulation enhancing food -warm, freshly cooked meals -garlic 1-2 cloves sautéed daily -ginger tea twice daily -black pepper + long pepper with honey -cow ghee 1 tsp daily -soaked almonds 5 daily -beetroot -pomegranate AVOID -cold food and refrigerated items -excess raw salads -heavy dairy -excess fasting -excess caffeine INTERNAL MEDICATIONS 1) ARJUNA KSEERPAKA= milk decoction 1 tsp Arjuna churna boil in milk - daily morning =best for heart tone 2) ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk at night =improves vata, strengthens cardiac muscle 3) PUSKARMOOLA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm water twice daily after meals =supports heart rhythm and circulation 4) DASHMOOLA KASHAYA= 20ml + equal water twice daily after meals =if vata symptoms prominent If weakness present -DRAKSHASAVA= 15ml twice daily after meals LIFESTYLE MOST IMPORTANT IN YOUR CASE you mentioned sedentary lifestyle CONTINUE -30 min brisk walk daily -gentle surya namaskar 5-8 rounds -deep breathing anulom vilom 10 min daily ADD -bhramari pranayam - improves vagal tone -early sleep before 10:30 pm -sun exposure in morning AVOID -overexertion -long fasting -sudden posture changes SPECIAL HEART PRANAYAM Morning empty stomach -5 min deep diaphragmatic breathing -10 mim Anulom vilom -7 rounds bhramari -2 min Om chanting Improves autonomic balance RECOVERY TIMELINE With proper diet medication and exercise -circulatory strength= 4-6 weeks -vata stabilization= 8-12 weeks -Sustainable improvement= 3-4 months Buț structural conduction issues do NOT resolve with herbs only DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

Namaste, It is good that your pulse has improved from the 30s to the 50s with regular brisk walking. That shows some recovery. However, a heart rate in the 30s is quite low, especially if you were mostly sedentary. Since you also had dizziness or lightheadedness, it is important not to ignore it. A resting pulse in the 50s can be acceptable in some people if there are no symptoms. But proper checking is still necessary. You should get basic tests like ECG and a heart rhythm check if not already done. Thyroid levels should also be checked. Continue moderate walking daily, but do not overexert yourself. If you notice dizziness again, fainting, extreme weakness or chest discomfort, consult a doctor immediately. For safety, it is best to have a cardiologist evaluate you once properly. After that, you can continue your routine with more confidence.
