The findings you mentioned are reassuring — EF 60% is normal and AV velocity 1.0 m/sec is within normal range. “Calcified aortic valve” at age 61 is usually an age-related change, especially with long-standing diabetes and BP. It is not dangerous at this stage if there are no symptoms. Important point: This condition is not reversed by any medicine (Ayurveda or allopathy), but it can be prevented from progressing further. No need to worry, but regular monitoring is important. Focus on prevention: Keep diabetes and BP strictly controlled (this is the most important factor). Avoid sedentary lifestyle — daily walking is essential. Avoid heavy, oily, fried, and processed food. Diet: Light, heart-friendly diet — vegetables, whole grains, less salt, good fats (like small amount of ghee). Ghar par: Warm water intake, mild garlic in diet (if suitable), and regular activity will support circulation. Arjunarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food Terminalia arjuna (tablet) – 1 tablet twice daily after food Chandraprabha vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food This supports heart function, circulation, and metabolic balance. Continue regular cardiac check-up once a year or as advised. If symptoms like breathlessness, chest pain, or dizziness appear, then immediate evaluation is needed. In Ayurveda, this relates to Vata aggravation + “Dhamani Pratichaya” (arterial thickening). What you can do: 1. Diet Light, warm, low-oil food Avoid: fried, processed, excess salt, red meat Include: garlic, turmeric, arjuna, green vegetables 2. Lifestyle Daily 30–40 min walking Gentle pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) Maintain weight and sugar control 3. Ayurvedic support Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) – supports heart function Triphala – helps metabolism Guggulu – supports cholesterol balance
Thank you doctor , Thank you very much
