●Jatamansi Kwath (Mind and Nerve Calming) Method: Jatamansi powder - 1 teaspoon, water - 1 cup, boil and strain until 1/2 cup remains. How it works after dinner (Ayurvedic Reasoning): Jatamansi is a mental and nerve-soothing. It calms the intensity of the Udana Vayu, reducing palpitations, restlessness, and blood pressure fluctuations. ●Method: Brahmi powder - 1 teaspoon Shankhapushpi powder - 1 teaspoon with lukewarm water Brahmi + Shankhapushpi Consumption: Morning on an empty stomach How it works: This combination calms the Rajoguna (the mode of passion), stabilizes the mind and reduces mental stress on the nervous system. In Ayurveda, it works on the mental causes of high blood pressure. ●Method: Arjuna bark (heart strength) Arjuna bark powder - 1/2 teaspoon, water - 1 cup, boil and strain until 1/2 cup remains. Dosage: Earthen morning on an empty stomach. Ayurvedic effects: Arjuna is heart-strengthening, strength-enhancing, and blood-forming. It strengthens the heart muscles and helps maintain the elasticity of the arteries. ●Coriander Seed Water Method: Soak 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds in water overnight. Strain and drink in the morning. Ayurvedic effects: Coriander is a bile-suppressant and diuretic. It balances excess body heat and fluid imbalances. ●What not to do (very important) Stay alert Do not suddenly stop taking your BP medication. Do not rely solely on home remedies. Avoid excessive salt intake, staying up late, and stress. These measures are complementary, not a substitute for medication. ●The Right Amount Garlic juice – 5 to 7 drops; Raw pure honey – 1 teaspoon; half a teaspoon or more is not necessary in the morning on an empty stomach, after drinking lukewarm water.
