Is Brahmi bati safe for me during recovery? - #51693

I started brahmi bati for memory improve. I have taken it for 3 days. I am very tired is it safe i have gone thru a surgery 3 months moths ago for right shoulder rotater capsule surgery, i am on recovery with physio very hectic now with brahmifeelinng more exausted 78 years old
