After Ksharsutra treatment, mild pus/discharge for 2–3 weeks can be normal, as the tract is still healing (Shodhana → Ropana phase). But in your case: Day 13 + new small opening (hole) This may indicate incomplete healing or secondary tract formation What you should do immediately: Visit your surgeon/vaidya for examination (don’t delay) Regular dressing & Ksharsutra follow-up (weekly change if advised) Take Sitz bath (Triphala warm water) 2 times daily → cleans & heals Supportive Ayurvedic care: Triphala Guggulu → infection control & healing Jatyadi Taila dressing → promotes wound healing Diet & care: Light, warm, easily digestible food Avoid spicy, oily, constipation Keep area clean & dry
