Har baar itna tight bandhna zaroori nahi hota. Treatment ka goal gradual cutting + healing hota hai, na ki unbearable pain dena. –Agar pain: 4–6 din se severe hai swelling/redness bhi hai – to yeh over-tightening ya infection ka signal ho sakta hai –Delay mat karo — doctor ko turant dikhana chahiye. Doctor: thread ko loosen ya adjust kar sakte hain infection check karenge pain control improve karenge —Tab tak kya karein: Warm water sitz bath (din me 2–3 baar) Area clean aur dry rakho Painkiller (jo doctor ne suggest kiya ho) continue karo Zyada strain ya sitting avoid karo

Hello, If kshara sutra is too tight with severe pain, swelling, and discharge after 5th change, this is not normal adjustment pain- it suggests excessive tightening, inflammation, or possible infection. You should act careully What to do 1) Do not ignore- consult your surgeon ASAP -kshara sutra should cut gradually, not cause unbearable pain for days -too tight ligation may damage healthy tissue -doctor may need to loosen or reapply 2) Reduce inflammation -Sitz bath 2-3 times daily with -triphala kwatha or warm water +. a pinch of turmeric This helps -reduce swelling -clean discharge -ease pain 3) Local soothing - apply Jatayadi taila or Nirgundi oil lightly after cleansing -promotes healing and reduces burning sensatin 4 ) Internal medications -Triphala guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals reduces inflammation -Hardira capsule= 1 cap twice daily after meals anti infective support 5) Pain management -continue prescribed pain relief -avoid excessive straining, while passing stool -keep stool soft take fiber, warm water, or mild laxative at night 6) Watch for warning signs If any if these increase, seek urgent care -increasing swelling or hardness -foul smelling discharge -fever -pain worsening daily Kshara sutra is meant to cut + heal slowly (like controlled chemical cauterisation ) If it is too tight, it shifts from healing-> injury This level of pain and swelling after 6 days is not ideal You likely need adjustment, not just medicines Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you नमस्कार, यदि क्षारा सूत्र पाँचवीं बार बदलने के बाद भी अत्यधिक कसाव, तेज दर्द, सूजन और स्राव के साथ बना रहता है, तो यह सामान्य समायोजन दर्द नहीं है - यह अत्यधिक कसाव, सूजन या संभावित संक्रमण का संकेत है। आपको सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए। क्या करें 1) अनदेखा न करें - जल्द से जल्द अपने सर्जन से परामर्श लें। - क्षारा सूत्र को धीरे-धीरे काटना चाहिए, न कि कई दिनों तक असहनीय दर्द देना चाहिए। - अत्यधिक कसाव से स्वस्थ ऊतकों को नुकसान पहुँच सकता है। - डॉक्टर को इसे ढीला करने या दोबारा लगाने की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। 2) सूजन कम करें। - दिन में 2-3 बार सिट्ज़ बाथ लें। - त्रिफला क्वाथ या गर्म पानी का प्रयोग करें। एक चुटकी हल्दी इससे मदद मिलती है: -सूजन कम करने में -स्वाद साफ करने में -दर्द कम करने में 3) स्थानीय आराम - सफाई के बाद जटायादि तेल या निर्गुंडी तेल हल्का सा लगाएं -घाव भरने में मदद करता है और जलन कम करता है 4) आंतरिक दवाएं -त्रिफला गुग्गुलु = 2 गोलियां दिन में दो बार भोजन के बाद लेने से सूजन कम होती है -हरदिरा कैप्सूल = 1 कैप्सूल दिन में दो बार भोजन के बाद लेने से संक्रमणरोधी सहायता मिलती है 5) दर्द प्रबंधन -निर्धारित दर्द निवारक दवाएं लेते रहें -मल त्याग करते समय अत्यधिक जोर न लगाएं -मल को नरम रखें, रात में फाइबर, गर्म पानी या हल्का रेचक लें 6) चेतावनी के संकेतों पर ध्यान दें यदि इनमें से कोई भी लक्षण बढ़े, तो तुरंत डॉक्टर से संपर्क करें -बढ़ती सूजन या कठोरता -दुर्गंधयुक्त स्राव -बुखार -दर्द का प्रतिदिन बढ़ना क्षार सूत्र का उद्देश्य धीरे-धीरे काटना और ठीक करना है (जैसे नियंत्रित रासायनिक दागना) यदि यह बहुत कसकर लगाया जाता है, तो यह उपचार से चोट में बदल जाता है 6 दिनों के बाद इस स्तर का दर्द और सूजन यह ठीक नहीं है। आपको सिर्फ दवाइयों से काम नहीं चलेगा, बल्कि कुछ बदलाव करने की भी ज़रूरत है। कृपया इन बातों का पालन करें। आशा है इससे आपको मदद मिलेगी। धन्यवाद।

क्षार सूत्र चिकित्सा में धागा बदलने के बाद 1-2 दिन का हल्का दर्द सामान्य माना जाता है, लेकिन 6 दिनों तक बना रहने वाला तीव्र दर्द और सूजन किसी समस्या का संकेत हो सकता है। 1. सूजन और लालिमा का मतलब हो सकता है कि वहां कोई नया इन्फेक्शन बन रहा है या धागा अत्यधिक टाइट बंध गया है जिससे रक्त संचार (Blood circulation) में बाधा आ रही है। 2. धागे की जांचः यदि धागा बहुत अधिक टाइट है, तो डॉक्टर उसे ढीला कर है या फिर से बांध सकते हैं। इसे स्वयं बदलने या छड़ने की कोशिश न करें। अति बंधन कभी-कभी धागा अधिक कसा होने के कारण ऊतकों (Tissues) में खिंचाव और दर्द बढ़ जाता है। बढ़ी हुई सूजन पित्त और रक्त दोष के असंतुलन का संकेत है। बढ़ा हुआ डिस्चार्ज यह बताता है कि भीतर अभी भी संक्रमण सक्रिय है या नया पस बन रहा है। गुनगुने पानी में थोड़ा सा ‘पंचवल्कल क्वाथ’ या ‘त्रिफला चूर्ण’ डालकर 10-15 मिनट के लिए उसमें बैठें। यह सूजन और दर्द कम करने में मदद करता है। जात्यादि तेल- यह घाव भरने और जलन कम करने में बहुत प्रभावी है। शरीर को अधिक शारीरिक श्रम न दें और सीधे बैठने के बजाय करवट लेकर लेटें।

- Har baar tight karna zaroori hai, kyunki isi se tract dhire‑dhire cut hota hai. - Lekin kitna tight karna hai ye doctor decide karte hain, aur agar pain bahut zyada ho to adjustment kiya ja sakta hai. - Swelling + discharge infection ya irritation ka sanket ho sakta hai. Aapke liye steps— - Apne surgeon/vaidya ko turant inform karein ki pain severe hai aur swelling/discharge ho raha hai. - Local care: Sitz bath (warm water mein 10–15 min baithna) din mein 2–3 baar karein, ye pain aur swelling kam karega. - Prescribed pain relief medicines continue karein. - Area ko hamesha clean aur dry rakhein.

Ksharsutra treatment mein tightness ka anubhav hona kafi common hai, lekin 6 din tak lagatar zyada pain hona thoda chintajanak ho sakta hai. Yahan kuch zaroori baatein hain jo aapko samajhni chahiye Tightness Kyun Hoti Hai? Har baar jab purana sutra nikaal kar naya Ksharsutra dala jata hai, toh use thoda snug (tight) bandha jata hai taaki woh track ko effectively cut aur heal (curette) kar sake. Shuruat ke 1-2 din dard hona normal hai, lekin 6 din tak tez dard rehna ye darshata hai ki is baar ka ligation shayad zyada tight ho gaya hai ya inflammation zyada hai. Kya Har Baar Itna Tight Hoga? Nahi, ye har baar ke ligation par depend karta hai. Track ki Position: Jaise-jaise fistula ka track chhota hota jata hai, tissue ki sensitivity badh sakti hai. Doctor ki Technique: Kabhi-kabhi track ko jaldi heal karne ke liye thoda zyada tension diya jata hai. Inflammation: Agar wahan swelling hai, toh sutra apne aap tight mehsoos hone lagta hai.
