Post surgery -Since you have reduced physical activities - Your food intake should be according to your Agni. Also take foods that pacify vata. Early morning Sun exposure. You can Include Almonds, dates, raisins - soak them at night and have it in morning. Also include calcium and vitamin d rich foods, 1 glass of Milk, 1tsf ghee in warm freshly cooked meals, if you are a non vegetarian you can also include bone soup in your diet. Avoid foods that increase vata dosha.
