Before surgery, the aim is to strengthen dhatus improve circulation and keep digestion steady without over stimulation
You may continue a simple nourishing diet as you already doing Include freshly cooked food, adequate protein from dal moong milk, curd ghee seasonal vegetables, and fruits Avoid spicy fried fermented packet food at least one week before surgery Ensure proper hydration And regular bowel movement as straining worsens , hernia Healing

After completion of antibiotics, post surgery you can start with : Giloy ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water will help improve immunity and reduce inflammation. Triphala guggul 1-0-1 after food with water, will help in healing . Avoid sour food. Should avoid having any problem of cough and constipation as these aggravates post surgical complications.
