Doctors' responses

●What is Vitamin B Deficiency? The B-group of vitamins (B1 to B12) is essential for the body’s energy, brain function, skin function, blood formation, and nervous system. According to Ayurveda, this is related not only to diet but also to the state of agni (digestive power). When agni is weak, the subtle nutrients in food cannot be converted into juices – this is the root cause of “vitamin deficiency.” ●Causes-Excessive consumption of tea, coffee, or junk food • Nighttime awakenings and irregular mealtimes • Stress, anxiety, and lack of sleep • Poor digestion due to fried or heavy foods • Decreased liver function ●Dietary Remedies Water • Foods to replenish Vitamin B from an Ayurvedic perspective: • Sprouted mung beans, chickpeas, lentils, sesame seeds, and jaggery • Amla (Indian gooseberry), bananas, and coconuts • Green leafy vegetables – drumstick leaves, fenugreek, and spinach Add a little Trikatu powder to yogurt or buttermilk • Use fresh ghee once a day These foods increase the production of juices, blood, and vital energy in the body – thereby naturally balancing vitamin levels. ●Daily Routine (Dincharya & Lifestyle) Avoid excessive napping after noon. • Drink warm water as soon as you wake up. • Balance Vata with daily Abhyanga (oil massage). Practice yoga poses like Bhujangasana, Sarvagasana, and Surya Namaskar. • Focus on getting to bed early and getting deep sleep. ●Brahmi Rasayana - Brain and Nerves • Arogyavardhini Vati - For liver purification and digestive health Ashwagandha Leha or Swarna Bindu Rasayana - For increasing strength and vitality • Triphala + Ghrita - For intestinal purification and improving nutrient absorption ●How to Restore Balance Naturally • Add variety to your diet – include grains, pulses, vegetables, and fruits. Improve digestion – Eat a little fennel, carom seeds, or cumin seeds after every meal. Drink buttermilk or tamarind twice a week. • Give your body time – results are seen after 30-45 days of regular exercise. • Be patient with chemical remedies – Ayurveda works slowly but deeply. ●THANK YOU 🙏●
