Ayurvedic drishti se, uterus mein fibroids (jise hum Arbud ya Granthi kehte hain) aur weight gain ka aapas mein gehra rishta hai. ••Yahan ek customized Ayurvedic Diet Plan aur lifestyle guidelines hain jo aapke liye best rahengi: 1. Diet Plan (Aahar) Aapko Kapha-shamak aur Lekhana (scraping properties wali, jo fat aur fibroid dono ko pighlaye) diet leni chahiye. Subah ki Shuruat (Early Morning) ••Ushnodaka (Garam Paani): Subah khali pet 1-2 glass gunguna paani piyein. Aap ismein 1 chammach Shehad (Honey) aur thoda sa Nimbu mila sakti hain. Ayurveda mein purana shehad ek behtareen Lekhana (fat scraping) agent mana gaya hai. ••Nashta (Breakfast) - Halka aur Su-pachya Options: •Jau (Barley) ya Oats ki daliya (bina doodh ke, vegetables daalkar). Jau weight loss aur fibroids dono ke liye sabse behtareen anaaj hai. Kulthi daal patthari aur granthi (fibroids) ko pighlane mein bohot asardaar hai. ••Shaam ka Nasta (Evening Snack) Herbal Tea: Ek cup Dincharya Chai (Paani mein thodi dalchini, adrak, aur tulsi ubaalkar piyein). ••Bhune hue chane (Roasted chana) ya makhane (bina ghee ke bhune hue) kam matra mein le sakti hain. Raat ka Khaana (Dinner) - Sabse Halka (Lightest Meal) •Raat ka khaana 7:30 PM tak har haal mein kha lein. ••Options: Mix vegetable soup (bina cream ke) ya halki moong dal ki khichdi (jau ke saath). •Raat ko dahi, paneer, heavy daalein (rajma, chole), aur non-veg bilkul nahi khana hai. ••Lifestyle Guidelines (Vihar) Din mein Sona Band karein (No Day Sleeping): Ayurveda mein din mein sone (Diva-svapna) ko Kapha aur Meda badhane ka sabse bada kaaran mana gaya hai.
