I am 49 yrs old women , I am suffering from high BP, high cholesterol and fatty liver and been diagnosed with diabetes at 6.8.i am vegetarian no egg. What diet i should eat and is morning ghee with above condition is good.

At 49 years old with high BP, diabetes (HbA1c 6.8%), high cholesterol, and fatty liver, focus on weight control, blood sugar control, and liver health. Take Nishamalaki Churna 3 g twice daily before food with warm water. Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food. Arjuna Churna 3 g twice daily with warm water after food. Diet: Prefer millet, barley, whole wheat, green gram, vegetables, salads, and moderate amounts of low-sugar fruits. Avoid sugar, sweets, fruit juices, refined flour, fried foods, and processed foods. Walk 30–45 minutes daily.
