Merci pour tous vos conseils ! J’ai 78 ans, une très bonne hygiène de vie, une nourriture saine que je cuisine moi- même, je fais du sport et de la marche! Mon corps fabrique du cholestérol et je ne prends pas de statines que je ne supporte pas. Les médicaments que vous me présentez m’intéressent ( j’ai fait une cure ayurvédique au Kerala ) malheureusement vous n’avez pas de livraison en France. Thank you so much!

Pour la perte de poids et le contrôle du cholestérol : Triphala Churna 3–5 g au coucher avec de l’eau tiède. Medohar Guggulu 2 comprimés deux fois par jour après les repas. Amla Churna 3 g deux fois par jour après les repas. Conseils : Marche rapide 30–45 minutes par jour. Réduire le sucre, les aliments frits et les produits ultra-transformés. Augmenter les légumes, les fibres et les protéines.

Les formulations ayurvédiques de référence (Médicaments) ••Medohara Guggulu C’est le traitement de choix pour réguler le métabolisme des graisses (Meda Dhatu). Action : Il aide à brûler les graisses profondes, à dégager les canaux circulatoires obstructifs (Srotas) et à réduire l’excès de Kapha. ••Cholestérol : Le Guggulu est largement reconnu pour aider à abaisser le LDL (mauvais cholestérol) et les triglycérides. ••Triphala Guggulu / Triphala Churna Le Triphala (association de trois fruits : Amalaki, Bibhitaki et Haritaki) est un pilier de la détoxification. ••Action : Il nettoie le côlon, élimine Ama (les toxines), et améliore l’absorption des nutriments. ••Brûle-graisse : En améliorant la digestion et l’élimination, il empêche le stockage des graisses résiduelles.
