Meera ji, 16 saal ki age mein height ki growth abhi kuch had tak sambhav ho sakti hai, lekin 1 mahine mein lambai ko bahut zyada badhana sambhav nahi hota. Height genetics, nutrition, sleep aur physical activity par nirbhar karti hai. Take Ashwagandha Churna 3 g (½ teaspoon) doodh ke saath raat ko bhojan ke baad. Shatavari Churna 3 g subah doodh ke saath. Praval Pishti 125 mg din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad (vaidya ki salah se). Diet: Doodh, ghee, moong dal, paneer, til, badam aur seasonal fruits roz lein. Junk food, cold drinks, bakery items aur excess sugar kam karein. Crash dieting bilkul na karein, kyunki isse height aur health dono par bura asar pad sakta hai. Yoga aur Exercise: Tadasana, Bhujangasana, Surya Namaskar 10–15 minute roz. Skipping aur stretching exercises 20–30 minute. Kam se kam 8–9 ghante ki neend roz lein.
