I'm 20 years old and my body weight is 34 kg i want to gain weight but it's getting too hard to gain weight please help me , and I don't have any diseases. Due to this under weight even breast size is not increasing it is very hectic to me 😔 and people thinks likeI have a diseases, and I'm eating well enough!

M4.Insomnia and Anxiety: An unstable mind directly destabilizes Agni. The body cannot focus on building tissue if it is stuck in a state of high stress. Modern science mirrors this: a weak gut microbiome prevents protein absorption, and high cortisol levels can trigger muscle breakdown. Both systems agree: Weight is gained through absorption, not just intake. ●Timing and The Ayurvedic Framework Ayurveda teaches us that weight gain is seasonal. During the rainy season, our digestive fire is naturally at its weakest. Consuming heavy foods or dense tonics during this time often leads to indigestion and lethargy rather than weight gain. The most auspicious time to build Ojas (vitality) and body mass is during the autumn and winter months when the Agni is naturally robust. We will focus on strengthening your absorption now so you are ready to thrive during the coming seasons. ●Your Dietary Principles: Before meals:Take a pinch of black pepper and dry ginger to spark Agni. After meals:Sip 3–4 sips of warm water to maintain digestive heat. ●Your Daily Healing Routine Morning Routine (Empty Stomach): Ghee: Take 1 tablespoon of high-quality cow ghee with a cup of warm water. This gently primes the digestive tract and calms Vata. ●The Power Blend: Consider a mixture of Ashwagandha (for strength), Shatavari (for hormonal balance and nourishing the reproductive tissues), and Mishri (rock sugar, for grounding). ●Sunlight:Spend 15–20 minutes in the sun to reset your hormones and activate your metabolism.
