Paneer Phool (Indian Rennet / Withania coagulans) is traditionally used in Ayurveda for digestion, liver health, and blood sugar balance. When to Consume -Best time: At night, after meals, because it helps regulate digestion overnight and supports blood sugar balance during fasting hours. -Why not before meals? Taken before meals, it may reduce appetite and interfere with nutrient intake. After meals, it works more gently on metabolism and digestion. For Diabetes -Paneer Phool is considered beneficial for Type 2 diabetes (oral medication users like you) because: -Supports carbohydrate metabolism -Helps reduce post-meal sugar spikes -Improves digestion and reduces bloating ⚠️ Note: It is not a substitute for prescribed oral medications. It works as a supportive herb.

Hello, Yes, panner phool can be beneficial for diabetes, but the timing and method matter a lot How it helps panner phool -supports blood sugar control -improves insulin sensitivity (mild effect) -works slowly and naturally It is supportive, not a replacement for your medicines Best time to take At night= Before meals or empty stomach (best option) Ideal method -take 4-5 flowers -soak in 1 glass water overnight In morning -crush and strain -drink on empty stomach If taking at night -you can also take -soaked water before dinner 30 min before meals =helps control post meal sugar spike Important rules -take consistently daily -monitor sugar levels Don’t -take immediately after meals less effective -replace your diabetes medicines Diet support very important -controlled carbs -high fiber diet Avoid -sugar -refined carbs Expected results -2-3 weeks= mild sugar control improvement -6- 8 weeks= better stability Watch for low sugar if already on medicines -> If dizziness or weakness-> check sugar levels Panner phool= best taken empty stomach morning or before dinnner -helps in diabetes control -use as supportive therapy Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
