I am 28yrs old male.i play pickle all daily from 5pm-6pm Can I make a everyday drink powder of the below Ingredients and have at 8pm • 100g Safed Musli Powder • 200 g chana • 50g Ashwagandha Powder • 50g Shatavari 100g Almonds (Badam) • 50g Walnuts (Akhrot) • 50g Pumpkin Seeds • 150g makhana • 2-3 tbsp Chia n Flax Seeds • 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder n Cardamom • White sesame Seeds

Your mix contains: Strength builders: Safed Musli, Ashwagandha Cooling/reproductive tonics: Shatavari Heavy nuts & seeds: almonds, walnuts, sesame, chia, flax Gas-forming + heavy items: chana, makhana (in large mix), multiple dry ingredients together This combination can increase Kapha and Vata imbalance, leading to: bloating, heaviness slow digestion gas or fatigue instead of energy (especially in people who already feel occasional bloating) Ayurvedic recommendation Instead of one big mix daily, separate and simplify: Option A (post-play recovery drink – best choice): Ashwagandha 3–5 g Warm milk or warm water 1 tsp honey (after cooling) Cardamom + dry ginger pinch Option B (strength powder – 2–3 times/week only): Safed Musli + Ashwagandha + small amount of almonds/walnuts powder (keep total 10–15 g per serving, not large daily bulk mix) “Less but digestible is more nourishing than heavy but undigested.” For you (28 yrs, active pickleball player) Daily heavy mix is not ideal Better: light daily tonic + balanced diet Heavy multi-ingredient powders only 3–4 times/week maximum
