Losing 3–4 kg slowly is safer. Budget-friendly PCOD weight-loss diet (Indian, married adult): Morning (empty stomach) Warm water + 1 tsp soaked methi seeds OR Jeera water Breakfast Choose one: 2 moong dal chilla + curd Oats with milk + nuts 2 eggs + 1 roti Poha with peanuts (small plate) Avoid: biscuits, sugary tea, white bread daily.
