Koi bhi powder “growth hormone badhakar pakka height badhaye” aisa claim sahi nahi hai. —Bacche ko height ke liye magic powder na dein. Pehle poshak aahar, doodh, ghee, badam, chana/daal, seasonal fruits, 8–9 ghante ki neend aur daily outdoor exercise/skipping/surya namaskar karayein.
