Yes, almond milk can be taken daily if you tolerate it well, but with Vata imbalance it is better to take it warm, not cold. ----From an Ayurveda point of view, Vata is dry and cold, so cold almond milk with dry cereals and raw fruits may increase dryness, gas, bloating, or cravings in some people. ----Advice: -Take warm almond milk in the morning. -Add a small pinch of cardamom or cinnamon. -Prefer soaked almonds / homemade almond milk if possible. -Avoid very cold milk, dry cereals, and too much raw fruit. —Better breakfast options: warm porridge/oats, cooked apple, dates, ghee, or soft cooked grains. -For dry skin, include healthy fats like ghee, sesame oil massage, and warm water. -If almond milk suits you and causes no bloating or acidity, you can continue it, but make the breakfast more warm, moist, and nourishing for Vata balance. -----For dry skin: 1 tsp ghee daily with warm food if digestion is good.
