Hi doctor, Im a 17 year old girl, now my weight is 65kg,which is not good for me, as i was very thin before the covid pandemic, after that i gained weight a lot, i wanna fit in my outfits as before,i wanna lose weight fast, i diet, i excercise in correctly,but non of it works, i need ayurvedic options for this, any churnas, or something like that , that accurate for my age? Please mention with the dose, i need to lose weightfast as possible... Thank you doctor

Weight gain after COVID may be due to Kapha imbalance + Agni (digestion) slowdown, even if you exercise regularly. 1. Improve Digestion (Agni Deepan) Take warm water throughout the day Morning: 1 glass warm water + ½ lemon + 1 tsp honey 2. Rx Triphala Churna Dose: ½ tsp with warm water at night Helps detox + improves metabolism Trikatu Churna (if no acidity) Dose: ¼ tsp with honey after lunch Boosts fat metabolism (Kapha reduction) Medohar Guggulu – supports fat loss 3. Diet (Pathya) Prefer light, warm, home-cooked food Avoid: fried, bakery, cold drinks, excess dairy Include: Moong dal, vegetables, millets (like jowar, bajra) Spices: jeera, ajwain, ginger (boost metabolism) 4. Lifestyle (Vihar) Continue exercise but add: Surya Namaskar (10–15 rounds daily) Brisk walking 30–40 mins Avoid day sleep (increases Kapha) Sleep on time

●Radish Seeds Take 3-5 grams of radish seed powder. Mix it with 1 teaspoon of honey to make a paste. Lick this paste twice a day and then drink lukewarm lemon water. Consuming this for 2 months regularly helps reduce belly fat. ●Triphala & Giloy Ingredients: Amla - 500 mg Bibhitaki - 500 mg Harad - 500 mg Giloy - 1500 mg Take with. Make a powder of these and mix with lukewarm water. Beneficial in reducing obesity and improving digestion. ●Preventive Remedies Consume Triphala + Giloy powder/extract daily. Include black and white pepper in your diet. Taking turmeric and black pepper with lukewarm water helps prevent weight loss. ●Varunadhi kwath 20 ml 2 times a day empty stomach ●Liposem tablets- 2 tab 2 times a day after food ●Abayarishta- 20 ml 2 times a day after food.
